Do you deliver the furniture?

We have a carefully selected group of removalists whom we trust and regularly work with to transport our pieces within Australia. These removalists are highly recommended by us due to their expertise and reliability in handling furniture transportation. It is important to note that transportation is considered a third-party service, and the payment for this service should be made directly to the provider.

While customers are welcome to make their own arrangements for transportation, we strongly advise utilizing a furniture removalist company that specializes in moving furniture rather than opting for a general transport company. The reason behind this recommendation is that furniture removalist companies have the necessary experience, equipment, and knowledge to handle the specific requirements of moving furniture safely and efficiently.

We discourage customers from taking a Do It Yourself (DIY) approach when it comes to transporting large pieces of furniture. Our furniture is known for its weightiness, which can pose challenges during transportation. To ensure the safety of our furniture, it is crucial to use appropriate moving blankets and transport it correctly. Failure to do so may result in damage to the furniture.

What is the return policy?

Do you have pieces available for immediate purchase & delivery?

Yes! We offer a wide selection of ready-made furniture. We understand that some are more pressed for a quicker solution, so we have pieces of furniture available for immediate purchase. These pieces of furniture are on display in our Melbourne showroom. These are NEW pieces, not returns. We build them to display our work and give an example for customers who are unsure of exactly what they want. Feel free to stop by our furniture shop to see if anything on the floor catches your eye! If one of our ready-made pieces fit your needs, you are more than welcome to purchase!

Do you warranty the furniture?

Our warranty covers structural issues only. Wear and tear is not covered, so be sure to take special care of your furniture and avoid dragging rough, sharp objects across. Humidity and/or moisture issues aren’t covered.

How long does an order take once placed?

Our production time is 12 working weeks. Please keep in mind the nature of our work. Each piece is unique and therefore takes time to create. In the rare instance that this time frame runs longer, we ask that you be understanding. We are not willing to sacrifice quality for quantity.

Do you assemble the furniture?

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if the order has not been processed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us with your order details, including order number and full name, so we can then cancel your order prior to processing. If we need to process a refund, please note that once a refund is processed by our store, it may take up to 14 working days to appear in your account depending on your banking institution.

How can I make changes to an existing order?

You can make changes to your order at any time up until your order has commenced processing. Please contact us if you need to change your order. However, please note that changes to an order may not be possible or may incur additional costs.
